CAPTAIN OF OUR TEAM.

SHE’S A TRUE WEST COAST BADDIE, AND SHE’S BEEN DOMINATING OUT HERE SINCE DAY ONE. AS OUR TOP SCORER AND A LONG-DISTANCE GIRLY THROUGH AND THROUGH, HAYDEN LEADS NOT JUST WITH RESULTS, BUT WITH POISE. HER CALM AND COLLECTED PRESENCE BRINGS STABILITY TO OUR TEAM, AND IT’S THAT

QUIET STRENGTH THAT HAS CARRIED US THROUGH SOME OF OUR BIGGEST MOMENTS DURING THE SEASON.

IF THERE’S ONE THING ABOUT HAYDEN,

Rylee’s style is always top tier, and she can pull both racer style and country style. if boots oculd be turned into spikes, rylee would run that business.

we dont think we have ever seen rylee not have a kick in a race. she runs flawlessly, she never looks tured. it shows she always has potential. recently, rylee has been super consistent with everything she has been doing. we cant wait to see how it will show off this season. if its one thing for sure about rylee, its that she is here to make a statement.

RUBY IS A JUNIOR AND ONE OF THE MOST QUIETLY POWERFUL RUNNERS ON OUR SQUAD. THERE ARE ONLY THREE WORDS TO DESCRIBE HER:

CONSISTENT, DRIVEN, AND INCREDIBLY GROUNDED.

SHE IS SOMEONE YOU CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON
TO SHOW UP AND DELIVER.

SHE CARRIES THE HEART OF NEW YORK CITY WITH HER, EVEN OUT HERE ON THE WEST COAST. CALM AND COOL ON THE SURFACE, BUT WHEN THE GUN GOES OFF? RUBY RACES WITH FIRE AND HEART.

RUBY IS THE ONE WHO

REMINDS US WHY WE STARTED RUNNING IN THE FIRST PLACE.

SHE RARELY GETS CAUGHT UP IN THE PRESSURE OR THE HYPE. SHE RUNS BECAUSE SHE GENUINELY LOVES IT. IT’S HER WAY OF STAYING GROUNDED

SHE WAS ONE OF THE MOST CONSISTENT ATHLETES ON THE TEAM, DROPPING PRS LEFT AND RIGHT.

HER ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ORGANIZATION ARE UNMATCHED.

FROM LAFAYETTE, LOUISIANNA.

AYDEN IS A SENIOR, WHO SERVES AS THE SPEEDSSTER OF THE TEAM (NO, LITERALLY). SHE IS OUR 800 METER BADDIE. SHE IS TOO GOOD FOR CROSS COUNTRY, AS SHE NWO FOCUSES ON JUST TRACK. BUT OVER THE PAST COUPLE YEARS SHE HAS REPREENTED US IN CORSS COUNTRY. SHE IS A INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS MAJOR, AS SHE IS AN ACADEMIC WEAPON, ALWAYS BECOMING ONE OF OUR TEAMS HIGHEST GPA. ayden brings the power to our team, guiding us through speedy wrokouts while cheering us on the course. but when its her time to shine during track, she does not dissapoint. she proves that consistenty and strength can be so good in the longrun, as all of her commitment and training in teh fall lead her to big prs in teh spring track season. she continues to stay very involved with our team. she is our hype woman in the cycle room, and a beast in the strngth room. SHE PLAYS SUCH A HUGE ROLE ON OUR TEAM, WE NEED HER TO BE GUIDED IN OUR SPEED WORKOUTS AND HILL REPEATS. WHEN WE NEED THE SPEED, WE RESORT TO AYDEN. SHE KEEPS US GROUNDED THROUGH WORKOUTS AND CHEERS, WHILE WE KEEP HER GROUNDED TO KEEP SHWOING UP EVERYDAY. SHE IS OUR POWERHOUSE, WE ARE SO EXCITED TO HAVE HER DURING HR LAST YEAR HERE. NOW BE PATIENT, TRACK IS STILL A BIT AWAY, BUT JUST KNOW THAT SHE IS ALWAYS WORKING EVERYDAY AND WILL BE READY FOR HUNT WHEN ITS HER TIME TO SHINE.

tessa is our little secret weapon on our team. she is a junior. tessa impresses us every single year, coming into a season gettign a littel faster everytime. from the start we knew she has immense talent. NOW SHE USE TO NOT BE A RUNNER, SHE USE TO BE A DANCER. TEH DANCER IN HER HAS NEVER LEFT. SHE KNOW SHOW TO HANDLE PRESSURE, AND DONT GET ME TALKING ABOUT HER FLEXIBILITYLY. RUNNERS ARE NEVER FELXIBLE, BUT TEESSA IS A DIFFERETN BREED. WILL SHE DO HANDSTANDS AFTER TOUGH WORKOUTS, YES. TESSA HAS THIS ENERGY WHERE SHE WANTS TO MAKE THINGS FUN AND DONT CARE. BUT ONCE SHE IS ON A STARTING LINE, TESSA IS DEFINITY ONE OF THE MOST FIERCE TEAMMATES. SHE MAY REACH ONLY 5 FEET TALL, BUT HER AURA DURING A RACE IS INSANE. EVERYONE CAN FEEL IT, I ALWAYS DO. COMING INTO COLLEGE STILL BEING NEWER TO THE SPORT, TESSA ADJUSTED SO QUICKLY AND DIDNT HAVE TO PROVE THAT SHE IS ONE OF OUR SPEEDERS. OUTSIDE OF TRACK, SHE IS A STYLE ICON. MAYEB WITH A LITTEL HELP FROM RYLEE, HER HAIR ALWAYS POP OUT FOR RACES AND HER LASHES ARE ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ON FLEEK. DONT MESS WITH HER MIND, SHE IS A PSYCHOLOGY MAJOR. IF YOU THINK YOU CAN BEAT HER, SHE IS ALREADY 2 STEPS AHEAD. NOW TESSA IS A TRUE MASSHOLE, BRINGING TEH HEART OF HER SMALL TOWN TO TEH BIG WEST COAST. TESSA IS ALWASY DOWN TO DRESS CUTE, EXPLORE, AND TAKE PICTURES. SHE IS BASICALLY OUT PHOTOGRAPHER. SHE NEVER FORGETS HER DIGITAL CAMERA.

katie is a senior, and our cutie pie on teh team. if you mess with katie, you mess with all of us. katie is the msot down to earth person you will meet and maeks our team environemnt very fun and chill. during times of pressure and nervousness, we all need katie to make situations a littel less scary. katie shows up to every meet and race badazzled up, creating a fun and confident environemtn to be in. she makes our high level sport more fun and entertaining. but one thing about katie, is that she has a secret ingregient. that ingrediant is coffee. if you know katie, you know she can not live without coffee. all her races and training, she has coffee in her veins. she will always be down for coffee, no matter the time of day, so dont be afriad to ask. and dont worry, she will chat. katie is a amrketing major.

ava is a junior, and our sweet heart. with her rookie season last year, she blew all of our minds. ava may not have grown up around cross country, but joining the team with an open mindset, she didnt need to prove how talented she is and her love for the sport. she adapted to new environemnts and changes so quickly. now it might be teh colorado native in her veins that makes her so speedy, but her energy is so uniquely her. when is ava not smiling? maybe only at the last 200 meters of a race. ava is nto afraid to push past her limits for this team. she is competitive, she sets high goals for herself, but we remind her that she has proven way mroe than enough that she belongs. we all love her to death. she is an english major with film, media and tv studies minor. our photogenic queen. ava is such a fun girl to chat with, she stay reals and smily. ava is perfect, which is why out team is protective of her. outside of track, ava is in a sorority theta, she can do both. she is so aestitic all around and brings such a positive energy to the team.

SAMANTHA IS A SENIOR AND ONE OF OUR MOST LOYAL TEAMMATES. SHE HAS BEEN HERe through it all. she will always stand up for what is right. as a hiostory major, and future lawyer in teh making, samantha will always express what she feels is right. she is teh first one to speak up. and i cant lie sometimes our eam gets a littel quiet, we need samantha to help. samantha isnt jsut loyal to teh team, but to herself and her journey with this sport. our sport was made to alwasy have obstacles, soem more than others, but samantha deosnt allow obstacles to take over her life. she has learned patience and resiliance. she still shows up no matter the obstacles she is facing, which is inspiring to us. it allows us to keep shwoing up too. now although samantha hasnt had a lot of races, the ones where she delievered she did not dissapoint. samantha is a person who has running in their genes. no matter teh obstacles she faces, her mind and energy was made for this sport. she shows more than any of us how much love she has for this sport, which fuels our team. we are excited to see what she will bring this season, she has been patient through it all, and i think this year is ging to be her year.

elisa is a blessing to have on this team. she is a junior, a public relations major. she has gone through many obstacles that the reality of this sport has, but finds comfort in supporting our team and in others. its her gift. she will always show up for us, no matter what she is going through. but she has a gift to show up for the sommunity and help the community. this past spring, elisa won a community service award for our team at teh 2025 Iggy Awards. she alwasy shows up for community serving events, one being helping serving and preparing food for those in need. that is something above and beyond our sport that makes elisa such a powerful teammate. with all of her community service work, she continues to be patient and consistently show up for herself and the team to get strong, and i think this is her year to pop out and celelbrate all the hard work she has been doing. with obsstcacles she has faced by herself, we all see it and see how hard she is working and we appreciate it so much.
